Nana’s Westerly is your neighborhood gathering place—an all-day cafe, restaurant, and bar rooted in the art of slow food. Our soul lives in our off-site bakery, where we use regional, sustainably grown grains and a patient, overnight cold fermentation to create our signature naturally leavened breads and pastries.
We believe in the power of fermentation beyond just dough. By partnering with our sister company, Moromi Shoyu, we incorporate house-grown koji to amplify the deep, savory umami in our pizzas, baked goods, and even our cocktails. Whether you’re stopping in for a morning organic espresso by Canyon Coffee, a casual lunch, or our beloved Sunday brunch, every ingredient is chosen with intention.
